The Pfister family has been cultivating vines since 1780 on the clay-limestone soils of Dahlenheim, in Alsace. Of the eighth generation, Mélanie Pfister is the first female winemaker of the lineage. Since her accession to the estate, she has confirmed her consistency and the growing quality of her gastronomic wines. She produces biodynamic wines with a minimum of intervention on the wine in the cellar, respect for the natural balance of the vines, preservation of the soil and a controlled carbon balance. She has obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) label and Fair’n Green certification.
