Chronological bridges established by modern technologies

The Villa du Temps Retrouvé in Cabourg is a true illustration of the theme of recovered time and of the chronological bridges. Its layout mixes eras, in particular through its use, balanced but immersive, of new technologies to animate through images of archives the rare antiquities it has acquired. This is the case, for example, with various photo frames, the birdcage, or the piano in the music room. Images are projected and bring back to life the artists of the time and refer to the beginnings of cinema at the heart of the Belle Epoque celebrated in Cabourg.
