Chapelle située sur la commune de Clermont-l'Hérault (département de l’Hérault), sur la route en direction de Bédarieux.
De style gothique, cette chapelle est une annexe de l'église Saint Paul de Clermont l'Hérault.
Une première chapelle fut construite sur la colline du Peyrou aux IXe et Xe siècles.
Au XIe siècle, déplacement de la chapelle au bord de la route de Bédarieux.
Elle est classée monument historique en 1979.
