Chantereyne marina in Cherbourg

The port of Chantereyne in Cherbourg was created in 1975. This first marina represents four floating basins and offers 1600 spots to users. It is one of the very first ports of call in France, located in the largest artificial harbor in Europe at Cherbourg. This harbor, designed in the 18th century, is a remarkable collection of military architecture. It extends over 1500 hectares and represents a set of protection for the city thanks to its fortifications.
