La cathédrale Sé de Braga est la plus ancienne du Portugal. Elle date du XI. siècle sur ordre de Henri de Bourgogne.
Du point de vue architectural, elle a été plusieurs fois remaniée et aujourd’hui on peut y retrouver des éléments romans, gothiques, Renaissance et baroques.
