Cape of Good Hope

Initially called “Cape of Storms” by Bartolomeu Dias who first navigated the Cape of Africa in 1488nto find new trading routes, the Cape of Good Hope remains a fascinating place. Today, in the absence of tourists the howling wind, waves smashing into the rocks and the calls of hills and sea lions are all to be heard. Truly inspiring.
