The Explorers
The island of Maré, in the Loyalty Islands, has a fairly massive shape fitting into a 19mi (30km) sided square. Its perimeter is stretched by different capes which draw the branches of a star. Starting from the northeast and turning clockwise, they are the Roussin, Coster, Boyer, Wabayoc, Washoc, Medu, Wabao (photo), and Machau capes separating the Allier, Shabadran, Wabao (or Niri), Tadine and North bays.
