Cap Roussin and North Bay cliffs
2
0
The prominent Cap Roussin, which appears partially cut to the far left of this aerial view, separates the two main bays in the north of Maré Island. The North Bay, located east of the cape and in the foreground of the photo, is bordered by high limestone cliffs while the Allier Bay, west of the cape and hidden by the island's plateau, has several long beaches bordered by coconut palms.
