Cap Boyer, south-east of Maré
2
0
Located at the south-eastern tip of Maré Island, in the Loyalty archipelago, Cap Boyer delimits the bay of Shabadran to the east. It dominates the ocean with its coral cliffs surrounded by columnar pines - with their characteristic architecture intended to resist the wind - and pandanus. At the back of the few coconut palms lining its shore, are coastal formations of low forests, saxicolous thickets and suffrutescent species.
