Inuit camp

The Inuit who accompany the hunting expeditions know exactly where to camp in the extreme climate areas of the Canadian Arctic. In the absence of trees, they prefer somewhat but not too steep terrains to pitch the tents in the shelter of the relief that will protect them from the wind. In Nunavut, the coldest average temperatures vary between -86 and -98.6°F (-30/-37°C) in February and the warmest between 33.8 and 42.8°F (1/6°C) in July.
