During a walk with the authentic bushmen, one of the few, we came across a specific plant of which the root is cut partially and then squeezed out above the mouth. Bushmen know how to survive without water in the dry areas of South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. Sadly only a few tribes remain while these were the first inhabitants of Southern Africa thousands of years ago.
