The Explorers
The Explorers
The construction of the railway line between Caen and Vire required many infrastructures. The relief is rugged in this part of the Armorican Massif as in the Souleuvre valley. Opened in 1893, four passenger trains passed through the railway line daily. The viaduct spans the Souleuvre, which oscillates between Normandy bocages, forests, and meadows.
