Bracket coral

The bracket coral is a fast-growing coral in the shape of a plate or a blade whose colonies, on one or more levels, are encrusting i.e attached to the substrate. Its color oscillates between brown and grey with a white margin and its calices are inclined towards the outside. It needs brewing to prevent sediments from stagnating on the plates.
