The bits of the horses of the 'Attelages du Val d'Amour' are held in place thanks to bridles and allow to act by pinching or pressure on the areas of increasing sensitivity of the animal's mouth : tongue, lips, mucous membrane of the jaws, mandibular nerves. They crush, pinch or squeeze these different areas depending on their shape and are adapted and adjusted to the specific structure of the mouth of each horse.
