Located in the commune of Dahlenheim, Mélanie Pfister’s vineyard produces biodynamic wines of the highest quality. Mélanie boasts of her dry gastronomic wines, obtained through meticulous vinification and a minimum of intervention. She shuns unnecessary sugar and excessive alcohol in favour of the fruit and directs the expression of the terroir towards minerality. Her respectful approach to the land and the environment enabled her to obtain, in 2013, the HVE (High Environmental Value) label and, in 2015, the Fair’n Green certification which takes into account the carbon footprint and the investment in the production tool.
