The couple appeared in front of some thirty paintings and sculptures, including the ‘Mona Lisa’, the ‘Victory of Samothrace’, the ‘Wedding at Cana’, as well as the ‘Raft of the Medusa’. Privatization of the world’s largest art museum is neither exceptional nor expensive: Beyoncé and Jay-Z were charged €18,000 per day of filming. The 6-minute clip now boasts 246 million views and has even brought more visitors to the Louvre Museum in 2018.
