Between open sky and limestone rocks

The choice of the ingredients for Pastis Henri Bardouin begins with the picking of plants on the wild terroir of the Plateau des Mourres, at the foot of the Lure mountain in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department. The simples (thyme, savory, sage, and rosemary) grow there between open sky and limestone rocks. They are essential for the manufacture of Pastis that would later export its aromatic flavors throughout the world.
