Kate, 83 years old use to cook traditional recipe. Bannock, muqpauraq in Inuktitut, is one of Canada's oldest native recipes, easy to prepare particularly during hunting expeditions in the Arctic tundra. It is a traditional flatbread generally made without leaven including main ingredients as flour, salt, animal fat and water or milk.
