The wines produced through biodynamic agriculture on the lands of Château Malherbe in Bormes-les-Mimosas are certified by the Demeter international label. Founded in 1932, it now has 1,000 members in France and more than 8,000 worldwide. Thanks to annual checks, this certification guarantees consumers that the cultivation of the vineyard and the production of the estate's wines respect biodynamic methods. It extends to monitoring the labeling of bottles and verifying the accuracy of the information they contain. Finally, the label makes it possible to respond to the challenges of global warming by perpetuating the vineyard, the soils, and the ecosystem.
