The term Brégançon designates both the islet and its fort (background) but also the mainland facing them where the eponymous wine estate and castle extend. They are accessible by a departmental road coming from Bormes-les-Mimosas, a national road departing from La Londe-les-Maures, or walking the spectacular Sentier des Douaniers that bypasses the whole massif of Cap Bénat.
