The Croix de Provence stands above the priory of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. It is accessible on foot through the white and red route of the GR9 hiking trail that runs along the north facade of the chapel from the priory. Hikers can first access the monastery in 1h30 to 2h00 of walk by the north face of Sainte-Victoire following the Venturiers path, west by the Imoucha path, or south by the more sporty Pas de l'Escalette.
