On an 80ha farm near the Gorges de la Vire in a bocage setting, Denis and Janine Lelouvier are passionate about their farming profession within the only organic farm located in Calvados. They switched to 100% grass in 2014, then to the hay dryer in 2017, the young couple carefully monitors each of their Norman cows all year round and ensures that they are comfortable and in good health. Their efforts were rewarded by the Bio AOC appellation, guaranteed quality at Naturellement Normande.
