At Historic Monuments since 1986
Since 2011, the Metallurgic Park in Dommartin-le-Franc has celebrated both the alchemical secrets of production, its creative power and the passion of the men who work it. The work of cast iron and its impact on decorative elements are explained through a large collection of tools, machines and statues signed by 19th century sculptors. Metallurgic Park was born from the rural pole Metallurgical Park 52, from the trades of yesterday to the jobs of tomorrow, certified in 2006. In 1986 the foundry was listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments.
