Exceptional aroma
Imported in 1848 by two admirals, Tahitian vanilla is known for the subtlety of its flavour. This supremacy is due to the pod of Vanilla tahitensis, the only one not to crack before maturity, thus completing the production of many complementary aromas of vanillin. It is a luxury vanilla, rare and expensive.
