Vue au Château de Rambures ( Somme ) . Une armure est un équipement (arme) corporel défensif, utilisé pour protéger le corps d'un combattant dans sa plus grande partie des coups de l'ennemi et autres dégâts. On sait désormais qu'une armure complète pèse entre 16 et 21 kilos. Certes, c'est lourd, mais pas plus qu'un équipement de pompier ou de soldat aujourd'hui .
