Established in Beaune in the Côte-d'Or department, the Moutarderie Fallot maintains a know-how of more than 180 years. The site wishes to make known the ancestral tools it has been able to preserve within a museographic space. The museum displays old processes through period jars, sieves, and tarares that rid the seeds of their envelope thanks to pulleys and their ventilation bands. Stone millstones with slow grinding prevent overheating the mustard paste that would lose its taste qualities.
