Inaugurated in 2011, the Lalique Museum is managed by the Syndicat mixte du Musée Lalique, which brings together the Grand-Est Region, the Conseil départemental du Bas-Rhin, and the municipalities of Hanau-La Petite Pierre and Wingen-sur-Moder. Designed by the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and scenographically designed by Ducks Sceno, the museum is a real initiation tour through the main works of the great master glassmaker René Lalique. Each year, a temporary summer exhibition highlights a theme dear to the artist, such as his relationship with Modern Art, travel during the Roaring Twenties, or the invention of modern perfume..
