The Bardelières farm, renamed Naturellement Normande, extends near Vire in the Calvados department. The family agricultural exploitation, founded in 1971, was taken over by Denis Lelouvier in 1998, joined by Janine, whom he married in 2008. Since then, they have never stopped producing organic meat from animals entirely fed with herbs produced and dried on the farm. They also built a milk processing unit attached to the building. A woodchip boiler provides the energy required for drying the grass and heating the premises.
