An estate of high environmental value

A producer of organic labeled wines since 2020, the Brégançon Castle vineyard in the Var department is a certified level 3 High Environmental Value, the highest of the French levels of environmental certification for farms. This certification, subject to strict performance indicators, rewards the estates that preserve the environment and limit their footprint on the local ecosystem. At Brégançon Castle, manual work and the practice of sustainable cultivation are two basic principles. The vines planted about fifty years ago are harvested by hand very early in the morning, and the annual production is limited to offer rare and exclusive vintages.
