Sébastien Ferrari took over Château Malherbe in Bormes-les-Mimosas from his mother Mireille in 2004. He chose to invest in the renovation of the vineyard and the cellar while perpetuating the environmental approach of his parents. Concerned about preserving natural balances, he obtained the organic label for the production of the estate in 2014, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of a vineyard that has never experienced weedkiller. Sébastien Ferrari also recently engaged in the biodynamic transition of Château Malherbe's production.
