The Explorers
Living on an 80-hectare farm in the Norman bocage, near the ‘Gorges de la Vire’, Janine and Denis Lelouvier are passionate folk. The two farmers can talk for hours about their profession and their dairy farm. They switched to 100% grass feeding in 2014, then installed a hay dryer before converting to organic in 2018. Denis Lelouvier keeps a close eye on each of his cows while Janine manages the dairy processing workshop.
