St. Peter's Abbey in Bath, commonly known as Bath Abbey, is an Anglican parish church and a former Benedictine monastery located in Bath, Somerset. Founded in the 7th century, it was reorganized in the 10th century, then in the 12th and 16th centuries. A major restoration led by George Gilbert Scott took place in 1864. It is the last large Gothic church built in England.
