Working in the vineyard with horses allows a great precision. The horse feels the roots of the wines and avoids them as a tractor crushes them. The vines have a better lifespan. Horses do not always walk in the same place and make the grounds more airy. The better the soil, the better the harvest. The pace is slower (1 row instead of 3) but the quality of the wines harvested is the reward.
