Sébastien Ferrari, the current owner and manager of the Château Malherbe estate in Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Var department, has gathered a skillful team around himself and his vineyards. It is led by Arnaud Ferrier, the chief operating officer and technical director since 2006, notably in charge of winemaking. He is accompanied by Yves Pizzana, the cellar master, and Hervé Briatte, the crop manager who takes care of the vineyard plowing and management. The oenologist Claire Forestier, based in Burgundy, also brings her expertise and her vision to the estate.
