Mustard, whose yellow flowers produce different varieties of seeds, flourishes widely in the Côte-d'Or department. It is ideal for the growth of bones and teeth, keeps the skin healthy, its oxidative role provides good vision in the dark, and its leaves are full of vitamin K. Harvested from March to September, the plant belongs to the Brassicaceae family, just like cabbage, radishes, or wallflowers. Since 1990, the Moutarderie Fallot has been working on the reappearance of mustard in the fields.
