A walk through history and nature

A 5.60 miles (9 km) walk allows visitors to go around the Lac de Saint-Agnan passing through the Saint-Pierre chapel. There, a stele on the edge of the lake recalls that the monument served as a refuge for the members of the Maquis Vauban in 1943-1944. Further on, the Domaine des Grands Prés displays information about the fauna and flora of the area. Walkers can then choose to continue to the Michaux hamlet or take a wooden footbridge that spans the southeastern tip of the lake.
