A vision of the Western ancient world
1
0
The Alésian vision of the Western ancient world in the middle of the 1st century BC presented in the museographic space of the Interpretation Center of the MuséoParc Alésia informs visitors about the two great societies that opposed there: on one side the Gauls and on the other the Romans. Since the MuséoParc Alésia is not intended to house the museum of Gallic or Roman civilizations, its tour provides visitors with the information necessary to understand the context of the events presented along the course. Visitors can thus appreciate the specificities of both civilizations while understanding that they knew each other well, had traded for a long time, had common points, and appreciated each other while fearing each other.
