The vineyards of Champagne are a unique landscape. It changes constantly with the seasons, from the soft green of spring to the brightest gold of autumn. The Champagne vineyards have a long history. It is considered that its foundation is owed to the Benedictine abbeys of Saint-Pierre-aux-Monts in Châlons-en-Champagne and Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers. There are four grape production zones which group together the seventeen terroirs of champagne. In the cellars dug into the chalk of the Reims Mountain lie champagnes renowned for their structure, and their nobility.
