You did not know it but there is a Polynesian wine. Unlike the vineyard in mainland France, the only predators of the vineyard are the crabs. Nonetheless, it faces other important challenges. Water saltiness, the low humidity of the ground, and a low variation of temperatures throughout the year posed some serious obstacles to the winemakers. Thanks to their perseverance, an authentic Polynesian wine now exists. This vineyard extends over 15 acres on the motu Avatoru.
