A useful partner in the vineyards

Working with a draught horse in the vineyard allows great precision and ensures the durability of the soil and the development of the terroirs. It is essential when the vines are old or serpentine, and is particularly useful for the weeding in vineyards that are difficult to access (slopes, terraces). In addition, the use of horses avoids the vibrations caused by the tractor, which destabilise the soil. Finally, mechanical weeding with a plough encourages the winegrower to stop using chemical weedkillers.
