A traditional manufacturing process in nine steps
0
0
The Fer à Cheval soap factory uses the Marseillais soap-making process with soap paste cooking in cauldrons. This traditional and discontinuous manufacturing process lasts eight to ten days and is divided into nine stages. It starts with mashing and undergoes salting, cooking, washing, winding, spray drying, boudinage, modeling until finally reaching the stamping stage.
