His name is prized in the wine industry, and Anthony and Carole Bamford did not hesitate to entrust him with the whole wine and olive oil productions of their Château Léoube estate. There, Romain Ott leads a vinification of great precision in accordance with the expert culture of the estate's grape varieties. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand in order to keep only the clean, healthy, whole-bunched grapes that have not undergone any crushing or alteration before their passing in the vat or the press.
