Janine Lelouvier always wanted to work in the field of cheese and its derivatives (yogurts, butter, etc.). She opened an entirely organic cheese dairy in the Naturellement Normande estate and started producing Camembert with the milk of her husband Denis' cows. Janine Lelouvier's cheeses obtained a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) label, the only one in the Calvados department.
