A regulated fishing in Forêt d'Orient
0
0
The three lakes of the Forêt d'Orient are home to an abundant fish population. Although authorized on Lac d'Orient, Amance, and Temple, carp fishing remains highly regulated by law. The objective is to ensure balanced management of the natural environment. Human activity is indeed responsible for altering the ecosystem and causing a growing disappearance of animal and plant species. Navigation on Lac d'Orient is also subject to its priority function of regulating the flow of the Aube and the Seine.
