A recognizable head

The Eurasian Lynx is easily recognizable, with its head lined with long sideburns. Its eyes with round pupils are circled with white, and a long black line goes down its cheeks. The feline's ears are triangular with, at the top, a tuft of black hair 1,5 to 2 inches (4 to 5 cm) long. Its throat is often white and a small goatee of the same color decorates its chin. The lynx's black-spotted dress makes it the king of camouflage in the forest environment.
