The Moutarderie Fallot has developed a range of flavored mustards with various colors and flavors: Dijon blackcurrant, tarragon, gingerbread, basil, Madras curry, or Espelette pepper to accompany the most unusual savory and sweet gastronomic creations. These mustards, on sale at the Beaune mustard shop and on the internet, can be enjoyed at the Bar à Moutardes (Mustard bar) in the Fallot museum area. The Fallot house is thus pursuing an initiative dating back to the 18th century when competition between Parisian and Dijon mustards was in full swing and the Parisian Maille began to diversify its products by offering mustard with lemon, nasturtium, or truffles.
