After the annealing stage, which allows the temperature to slowly decrease, the crystal pieces arrive in the cold workshop to be cut and retouched. These two procedures allow the surface of the piece, in this case colourless vases, to be reworked and imperfections left by the hot work, such as the seams of the mould or tool marks, to be corrected. Each workstation is equipped with a dust extraction system to remove the dust generated by the abrasive wheels.
