A quality achieved through permanent controls

In order to achieve the quality that has made its reputation, the Terre de Lin cooperative engages in permanent controls at all stages of production. It supplies its members with experts who decide the crucial moment of the harvest by examining the flax fibers and organize processing. Soon after harvest, flax straws go through different stages before becoming linen fiber. The Terre de Lin cooperative, which operates in Saint-Pierre-le-Viger in the Seine-Maritime department, is responsible for 15% of the international flax production.
