Brégançon Castle in Bormes-les-Mimosas is among the 372 private cellars of the Côtes-de-Provence designation, which also comprises 38 cooperative cellars. Recognized since 1977, the designation is the most significant in rosés wines, which represent 90% of the production in Côtes de Provence, the world's leading rosé-producing region. The grape varieties in Brégançon Castle vineyard logically include 70% of the main grape varieties, completed by 30% of accessory grape varieties, imposed by the designation specifications.
