Built on the Ile Seguin (Seguin Island), in Boulogne-Billancourt, the Seine Musicale has been in existence since 2017. Owned by the Hauts-de-Seine departmental council, the cultural facility is managed by the company STS Evénements – a subsidiary of Sodexo and the TF1 group. The main hall (4,000 to 6,000 seats) – the Grande Seine – can host concerts, ballets, major shows and corporate events. The Auditorium Patrick Devedjian, with a capacity of 1,150 spectators, is dedicated to classical music. The instrumental ensemble Insula orchestra, the Philippe Jaroussky music academy and the Hauts-de-Seine choir school are resident at La Seine Musicale.
